***Not available on Sunday evening. The half-board menus are carefully prepared by our Chef Annie DEMEN from dishes offered on our menu and according to the length of your stay. However, we remain at your disposal.
We have a ground floor room on the forest side adapted for people with reduced mobility, from which there is easy access to the lounge bar, restaurant, and indoor pool.
Tourist tax: 1.31 € per person per night
Our friends the dogs, even very well-behaved or very small or even in their bags, are not allowed in the restaurant. However, they are allowed in the hotel (supplement of €15.00 per animal per night).
Cancellation Policy: The free cancellation period is 72 hours before the arrival date. This period is 7 days during the period from July 1st to August 31st as well as for the nights of December 24th and December 31st. Any cancellation made beyond these periods will incur a minimum fee corresponding to the first night of the reserved stay.
Mediator in case of disputes: After contacting our management service (Ms. Laure DEMEN: contact@hoteldeslacsdhalco.fr) and in the absence of a satisfactory response or no response within 60 days, the client can contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator free of charge.
